More than 72% of US adults accessing the Internet use social media sites. Around 40% of these social network users will use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social sites for researching products, brands and services before they buy anything.
So, social media campaigns should be an integral part of your online marketing strategy.
With Facebook alone having over a billion confirmed active users per month, you cannot afford to eliminate these sites out of your promotional campaign.
I have been taking advantage of these sites for some years, and I can tell you that it is tough but the results are there to see for me.
A Simple Example
I will give you the example of a simple test I conducted. I will ask you to perform a similar test too.
I had this blog post explaining the harmful effects of WiFi and other signals associated with mobile phones.
I had just posted it on my new blog and wasn’t getting any traffic to it – there were just 1 or 2 visitors per day.
So after a week, I posted just one link on Facebook and boom! I had the number of visitors increased to 30 a day for the next few days.
Then after a week, the number of clicks subsided again. I posted the link again on Facebook and the traffic rose again.
This is tested and confirmed; you can also perform a similar test.
SocialPilot – Multiple Social Accounts & Tons of Traffic
So if a single post just once (and on a single social networking site) could get so much boost – a well planned social media campaign could do magic.
It was during my online research that I came across SocialPilot, an application that lets me connect to all my social accounts and make posts in an instant – can you imagine the volume of traffic I generate now because of this powerful “marketing” solution for me?
I can connect all my social media accounts to SocialPilot and run a campaign that generates thousands of clicks per day.
Besides, there’s so much more that I could achieve with this system than just the traffic.
Currently, I have connected the following to my SocialPilot account as shown in above image.:
- Facebook Profile
- Facebook Page
- Facebook Groups
- LinkedIn profile
- LinkedIn page
- LinkedIn group
There’s so much to this application that I no longer consider any other system (I have tested at least 5 similar solutions, but SocialPilot was the easiest and most hassle-free).
It’s All About Timing
I can tell you one thing with surety when it comes to running your social media campaign – it’s all about the right timing.
If I were to maintain a schedule manually, I would go mad. But SocialPilot made things simpler for me by allowing me to schedule when the posts were to go on different social sites.
In order to get the optimal results from the different websites, I have learnt that the following is the ideal schedule:
- Twitter – Monday to Thursday from 1 pm to 3 pm
- Facebook – Weekdays 1 pm to 4 pm to get the best-possible CTR
- LinkedIn – 5pm to 6pm
- Photos will always help you get better engagement
This application can let me control the time when my posts should appear and this helps me get the best-possible results.
One Post for All Accounts
Besides, there is a single interface for creating my posts. It allows me to create posts with text, images and links and share it on all the accounts.
There’s no need to go to each account copy paste the same post and upload the same images again and again.
Just one entry and a single click is all that is required!
Content Search Help
I am not always posting my own stuff across my social accounts. If I keep doing that my audience will get bored of me and will not click on my links much longer.
So I have to keep rotating the “stuff” (while making sure that the content is always related to my niche).
Another reason why I like SocialPilot is because it helps me search for relevant content so that I can post it on my profile and pages.
Trust me, you will also go out of ideas and posts after some time.
But this system works as my intelligent partner and helps me find niche-focused content. If I like it, I will post it instantly.
Mobile Apps Marketing
By configuring your android play store developer url or iTunes url, SocialPilot creates a well defined app sharing campaign ready to roll out.
Based on your app, It generates hand crafted tweet with proper hash tags. You just need to select your social media account and add content into queue.
Mobile Apps and Chrome Extension
With this mobile app, You can also schedule or share nice articles or images directly from your device.
You can also share articles from famous apps like flipboard, zite, pocket etc to your social media profile via SocialPilot.
SocialPilot also have easy to use Chrome browser extension to share any web page you like during browsing.
There’s so much more to SocialPilot, I will recommend anyone to test it to realize its potential.
I will recommend it to everyone in my circle!
