This is the largest Chromebook yet, and we may not be wrong to say that it will still have many fans ready to own a more powerful laptop that doubles as a workstation.
Acer’s plans are apparent – it wants to give you a laptop that will replace your desktop. It is going to be available in a store near you in the earlier part of April. The new 15.6-inch Chromebook will come in different versions with different options and at various price tags. The prices start from just $250.

There are many users who prefer a larger laptop display. The new Chromebook 15’s weight can be of concern to most of these aficionados.
It weighs a decent 4.9 lb, and is even larger and heavier than the MacBook Pro 15. But most users can’t afford a brand that costs almost 10 times what Acer is offering.
Plastic body and white paint may not be the ideal combination. But if you are looking for a machine that can keep churning out reports and let you work for hours, you don’t want to own a soft toy of a notebook. It has a full-size keyboard that lets you perform relatively faster.
Acer is promoting the new Chromebook with up to 9 hours of battery life. While one model comes with 16GB SSD storage, another has 32GB SSD internal storage.

If you need more space, Acer is offering the device with 100GB of Google Drive cloud storage for 2 years without any charge.
There is the option to choose between Intel Celeron and Intel Core-i5 or Core-i7 models, but all the versions are designed for performance.
